I will share you two methods to unlock it and to be brutally honest both will take considerable amount of time to find the password . If you have any clue about the password , that will make the work easy .
So the two options are:
1) Using notepad to unlock rar password .
2) Using a software to unlock rar password.
Unlocking a rar file with notepad
Actually this method got one limitation , this method will work only for numeric password . If don't have a single clue about the password i will seriously recommend to check this method before jumping to next .

Using software to Unlock a rar file without password
This is relatively an easy way to unlock your rar file in case of implementation . And this method got no limitation .
You need a software called 'Password Unlocker Bundle' to use this method and it ships with a trial pack and three premium options.
